Life at Harbourside
Harbourside Cohousing opened in January 2016 after five years of planning and development. Our community includes 31 strata-titled units with shared common amenities. Our 2.75 acre site is a 5-10 minute walk to the small commercial centre of Sooke, on the southwest coast of Vancouver Island.
Harbourside is designed for adults enjoying an active lifestyle and organized around principles of participation while living in a mutually supportive and collaborative manner, where privacy is honoured, yet opportunities for friendly social interaction abound.

Homes at Harbourside
Designed by Mobius Architecture, Harbourside’s materials and mechanical systems were selected to achieve Built-Green Canada Gold standards. There are 31 units of complete, self-contained housing using five unique, compact floor plans with an average size of 850 sq.ft.
